It is hard to say whether businesses really value leadership. So many times I hear “the manager is the reason I quit my job!!” Are managers really leading their employees to success? Are they successfully leading their company to prosperity? Do employees truly feel like they are following someone who they can trust and accomplish great things with? I don’t actually think this is the case unfortunately. I started this blog to really delve deep into the reasons that leaders are lacking in leadership skills, and to improve the way that managers and companies view leadership.
